Hey whoever is reading this :P

Neil the Ninja, my introductory film for this character is in progress and going well, I'm certainly learning a lot by doing this!

I've managed to work out the perspective illusion, various filters and painstaking frame-by-frame animation. Needless to say, I've already trumped my first flash!

Here's a little screen-shot of the intro shot. (Imagine panning left rapidly, with the mountains motion blurring :P) Oh and I'm proud of the blowing bandanas in the wind, took me ages to find the eureka moment of how I can make them look good!

If you are reading this, let me know what you think!

My next project is coming along nicely

I'm working on a series!

Hey guys!

Considering the great response I got from my first submission, I'm stepping up my game and producing ideas for a series!

At the moment, I'm hoping to have 3 protagonists set in standard Britain. There's two normal guys, oh and the dude in the picture below...

Yea that's right, he's a flaming Ninja! Not only that but he's Scottish too... and he's called Neil, not sure how that happened.

I'll keep you posted on my progress, I currently have a "test" animation underway involving Neil the Ninja, to push my skills and his character.

My current progress with that is: Script and storyboarding complete!

Let me know what you think of Neil, the deluded scottish Ninja :)

I'm working on a series!

That's right, I've finally got my ass in gear and made a short animation for newgrounds!

Do check it out here http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/

I fully welcome constructive criticism, because after all, I've only just begun with flash.

Enjoy!

Animation?

Blimey!

It actually looks like I'm getting somewhere with animation!

I should have a submission on Newgrounds soon, but it'll be a pretty short joke.

Hopefully enough of you will give me enough motivational and constructively criticised feedback to put me in the right direction, we'll see.

If for some reason you're reading this, please consider reviewing my piece when it comes out, you know as well as I how valuable feedback is for artists.
